In the literary theory of intertextuality, no single text stands alone—each is influenced by all that came before it. In this immersive installation in collaboration with Tobias Bärtsch, this process is explored as an organic one, branches of narrative in various stages of growth and decay, interwoven with texts which have consciously or unconsciously influenced each other. Tobias’ wooden pieces, created through a long process similar to palimpsest, underscore this process of erasure and rewriting.
